We describe what each plan includes in the article Plans and limits. You cannot import new cards into a read-only collection or binder.
Where to find the buttons
In a collection, the Import CSV and Download CSV buttons are in the Options tab, on the Import from CSV and Export to CSV cards.
In a binder, the Import CSV and Export CSV buttons are in the side panel, in the Management section.
Import
Prepare the file. The easiest way is to start from the template, which you can download with the Download template button.
Drag the file into the import window or click to select it, then click Check file.
The preview shows which rows we matched to cards in the catalogue, which need your decision and which we could not find. For ambiguous rows, choose the right card with the Choose card button. The Show only rows to fix option hides the rows that are fine.
Click Import. The Skip rows with errors box is checked by default, so rows that cannot be imported are simply skipped.

The file must meet a few requirements:
Requirement | Value |
|---|---|
Number of rows | Up to 5000. |
File size | Up to 5 MB. |
Encoding | UTF-8. |
Column separator | Comma, semicolon or tab. |
First row | Column names. The columns can be in any order. |
Files from other apps
You can load a file exported from mTCG, exports from the Dreamborn, Collectr, Dragon Shield, Sorted and Piltover Archive apps, and exports from popular marketplaces without any changes. We skip columns we do not recognise and list them in the preview.
Key columns
Column | What it contains |
|---|---|
| The set code or name, for example SVI, or the set number for Lorcana. |
| The card number, for example 25, 025 or 25/198. |
| The card name, which tells apart cards with the same number. |
| The variant, for example Reverse Holofoil. An empty field means the base version. |
| NM, PSA 8, PSA 9, PSA 10 or TAG 10, NM by default. |
| The number of copies from 1 to 99, one by default. |
| The purchase price, required only for products. |
| The acquisition date, today by default. |
| A note of up to 500 characters. |
| The card's language code, for example en or jp. |
| The game, for example Pokemon, Pokemon Japan or Lorcana. |
| card (the default) or product. |
| Binders only: owned (the default) or planned. |
Other grades and conditions, for example BGS, CGC, half grades or played cards, are loaded as NM. You can write the acquisition date as YYYY-MM-DD, DD.MM.YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY or DD-MM-YYYY. The language column tells apart editions in several languages, and the game column narrows matching to a single game.
You can import sealed products only from a file exported from mTCG, because we recognise them by the product_id column. A file from mTCG also has a card_id column, which lets us match every card without any doubt.
Purchase price and currency
You enter the purchase price in the site's currency, for example 12,50, or in the currency given in the purchase_currency column, for example EUR or CZK.
Importing into a binder
You can import only cards into a binder. Each copy goes into a separate slot, unless the binder has the Copies of the same card in one slot option turned on, which we describe in the article Binders. If the cards run out of space, the import adds new pages automatically.
Export
A collection export saves unopened products and owned cards to the file, without opened and sold ones, together with the current valuation of each item and the valuation date, so it works as a backup or for your own spreadsheet reports.
A binder export contains all cards, planned ones included, in page order and with the status column, but without valuations. You can load this file into another binder without any changes.
