Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself on the mTCG.app website or in the mobile app. Below we explain how to do it and what happens to your data.
1. Sign in
Sign in to the account you want to delete, on the mTCG.app website or in the mobile app.
2. Choose the delete option
In your account settings, on the “General” tab, choose “Delete account”.
3. Confirmation
We'll send an email with a confirmation link to the address linked to your account. The account is deleted only once you use that link, which protects it from being deleted by anyone else. The link is valid for 24 hours.
What gets deleted
Together with your account, we delete your collections, binders, price alerts and shopping lists from the service. Devices linked to your account stop receiving notifications.
Retention period
We may keep some data for longer if the law requires it or if it is needed to establish, pursue or defend legal claims. Data is removed from backups after 30 days at the latest. You'll find more details in our privacy policy.
Subscriptions
A subscription paid for on mTCG.app ends when your account is deleted, with no refund for the unused period.
