Live card prices on your stream
Show a card to the camera and your viewers instantly see what it's worth. Scanner Studio recognises cards in real time, and the OBS overlay shows their prices, the most valuable pulls and the value of the whole opening.
This is what your viewers will see
Below is the real overlay with current prices from mTCG.app. Change its look, switch elements on or off and enter what your products cost, and the summary shows how much is left to break even.
Drag any overlay element to arrange your own scene.
The cards come from the Prismatic Evolutions set, and the prices are current market prices from mTCG.app.

Enter what the products you're opening cost, and the summary shows how much is left to break even.
From camera to overlay
Studio runs in your browser, and you add the overlay to OBS like any other source.
- 1
You show a card
Hold the card up to the camera as usual. In live mode you don't have to click anything.
- 2
Studio recognises it
We match the card to the mTCG.app catalogue, including the exact printing and its current market price.
- 3
The price goes on stream
The OBS overlay shows your viewers the card with its price, the most valuable pulls and the value of the whole session.
Built for streaming
Every feature was designed around what happens on stream when cards appear one after another.
Show the card and the rest happens by itself
Studio keeps analysing your camera feed and recognises every card that appears in it. If you prefer full control, switch to manual mode and scan with the Space bar or the F8 key.
A hit deserves its own entrance
Set the price from which a card gets a gold frame, a bolder entrance and a shine sweeping across the whole panel. Your viewers know straight away that something special has turned up.
A counter that tells you whether the opening paid off
The summary counts the cards and adds up their value. Enter what your products cost, and instead of the total you'll see how much is left to break even, and once you've covered the cost, the profit from the opening too. You can leave out cheap cards by setting a minimum value that counts towards the total.
Scan scope
Narrow recognition down to the sets you're opening. Scans get faster and there are fewer mistakes.
Choose the printing
When the same artwork comes in several printings, Studio shows them side by side and asks which one you're holding.
Repeats under control
If you show a card in live mode that was scanned a moment ago, Studio asks whether to add it to the total again.
Corrections on the fly
Remove a wrong match from the session list with one click, and the overlay updates straight away.
Breaks with one switch
During a break you take the whole overlay off screen at once and bring it back without changing any settings.
A look that fits your channel
Choose from three themes, eight accent colours and three entrance animations, then drag and resize the overlay elements on the scene.
PSA 9 and PSA 10 prices
For cards where we track prices of graded copies, the overlay also shows PSA 9 and PSA 10.
Prices in three currencies
Show them in Polish złoty, euros or Czech koruna, depending on who you're talking to on stream.
Ready in a few minutes
You don't need any plugins: the browser source built into OBS is all it takes.
- 1
Copy the overlay link
In Studio you'll find a private link to your overlay. Treat it like a stream key: if you ever need to, you can generate a new one and the old one stops working.
- 2
Add a source in OBS
Add a new Browser source, paste the link and set the size to 1920 × 1080, or 3840 × 2160 if you stream in 4K. The overlay background is transparent.
- 3
Connect your camera
If your camera already runs in OBS, start the virtual camera (Start Virtual Camera) and select it in Studio. The same picture then goes both to your stream and to recognition.
Built together with creators
This is how the overlay looks on the streams of the creators we're developing Studio with.

Frequently asked questions
Can't find the answer to your question? Write to [email protected].
How much does Studio cost?
Studio and the overlay are free during the pilot. We'll tell participants about the terms after that well in advance, before anything changes.
Which cards does the Scanner recognise?
Pokémon, One Piece, Lorcana, Riftbound and Cyberpunk cards from the sets available on mTCG.app. We keep adding new releases.
Where do the prices come from?
They're the same current market prices we show in the card catalogue on mTCG.app. On the overlay you can show them in Polish złoty, euros or Czech koruna.
What equipment do I need?
All you need is a computer with a browser and a camera that sees the card up close. Even lighting without glare on foiled cards works best.
Does the overlay work outside OBS?
The overlay is a page with a transparent background, so it works in any streaming software that supports a browser source, such as OBS Studio and Streamlabs Desktop.
Is mTCG.app visible on the overlay?
Yes, a discreet mTCG.app credit appears below the card's price. It lets your viewers know where the prices come from.
