Kalos Starter Set

Kalos Starter Set is a special set that opened the XY era, designed as a starter product around the three Kalos partners Chespin, Fennekin and Froakie. The set has 39 cards drawn from three theme decks, taking each line all the way to Chesnaught, Delphox and Greninja. The pool also includes early Fairy-type cards and basic Trainers such as Crushing Hammer, Pokémon Catcher, Switch and Tierno. An interesting extra is the Sheen Holo variants on some of the starter evolution cards, which give this small set its own easily recognisable character.
