Shining Synergy

Shining Synergy (交相辉映) is the second set released in the Chinese (Simplified, mainland) edition of the Pokémon TCG from the Sun & Moon era. It includes the Shining Synergy GX starter deck and three booster subsets: Shower (沐) with Water, Lightning and Metal Pokémon, Supreme (魁) with Grass, Psychic and Fighting Pokémon, and Summon (唤) with Fire, Darkness and Fairy Pokémon. The set brings the TAG TEAM mechanic (including TAG TEAM GX) and the new CHR (Character Rare) card rarity to the Chinese release. The main products launched on 18 January 2023, and in March 2023 they were joined by the Shining Pokémon Poké Ball Gift Box, which introduced the first Shining Pokémon rarity cards in the history of the Chinese release.
