ST-08 Monkey D. Luffy

ST-08 Monkey D. Luffy is a black One Piece starter deck with Monkey D. Luffy himself as its Leader. The deck combines aggressive attacks with black's typical cost control: effects lower the cost of your opponent's characters and remove them from the board, opening the way for direct hits. Two Super Rare cards stand out: Shanks (ST08-005), a powerful 9-cost finisher, and Uta (ST08-002), a cheap character supporting cost control. It is one of the first decks dedicated to a specific character and a good choice both for Luffy fans and for beginners who want to play offensively with black from the start.
