A price alert watches a chosen product in shops for you. When its price drops to the amount you set or lower, we send you a notification with the shop name and the price. You set alerts for sealed products such as booster packs, booster boxes and Elite Trainer Boxes.
On the Czech and Slovak sites an alert watches offers from the Czech and Slovak shops you see in your shopping settings. You enter the target price in koruna on the Czech site and in euros on the Slovak site.
How to set an alert
Open the product page and click Set price alert. When the current price is high compared with the price history, the button is called Notify me of a price drop.
Enter Your target price or choose one of the preset discounts: -5%, -10% or -20%. By default we suggest a price 10% below the cheapest current offer, rounded down to a whole amount.
Click Create alert.

You can also add an alert on the Price alerts page: click New alert, search for the product by name, enter an amount in the Target price field and click Save alert. You'll find the same alert button in the release calendar, so you can set an alert even before a product is released.
You can set one alert per product, and you can change its target price at any time.
The Czech and Slovak sites share one list of alerts. Each alert keeps the currency it was created in, so you change its target price in that same currency.
To receive notifications, you need at least one notification channel turned on, for example browser notifications. If no channel is turned on, you'll see a Fix notifications button next to the alert.
When you get a notification
We compare the prices of available offers, without shipping costs, with your target price. We also take discount codes into account, so you'll get a notification even when the target price can only be reached with a code. The message gives the code and the price before the discount.
Offers with conditions also trigger an alert, for example offers that require a reservation, offers with in-person pickup only or offers for players only. Such a notification is marked Conditional offer with the type of condition. If another shop sells the product without conditions at a price no higher than your target price, we'll send you that offer too.
We notify you about the same offer once. We send another message only when:
the offer gets even cheaper,
its price first goes up and then drops back to your threshold,
the offer disappears or becomes unavailable for a while and then comes back at a price within your threshold.
After a notification is sent, the alert keeps working, so you don't need to set it up again.
We convert offers in a currency other than your alert's at the European Central Bank's daily exchange rate. A change in the exchange rate alone won't send you a second notification about the same offer.
Alert list
On the Price alerts page your alerts are split into three tabs:
Active: all alerts that are watching prices.
Triggered: active alerts whose target price is currently reached.
Inactive: muted alerts and alerts paused by the plan limit.
You can mute any alert, reactivate it, change its price or delete it. The Archive button opens the notification history, where you'll see the last 50 notifications sent to your browser and phone.
Alert limit
Your plan determines the number of active alerts and whether a notification links straight to the shop offer or to the product page:
The limit covers alerts from all sites where you set them, and muted alerts don't count towards it. We compare the plans in the Plans and limits article.
After downgrading your plan
If after a plan change you have more active alerts than the new limit allows, we mark the extra alerts as Paused (plan limit) and they won't send notifications. The alerts page will then show a message with a Choose active button, which lets you decide which alerts keep working. We describe the rules for this choice in the Plans and limits article.
