XY Black Star Promos

XY Black Star Promos is the promo card series of the XY era, tied to the Kalos generation and released alongside the main expansions from October 2013 to May 2017. The full list has 216 entries, including 5 variants with an "a" suffix, and its hallmarks are the absence of a regular rarity symbol and PR-XY numbering with the black Promo star. The series collects a cross-section of the whole era's mechanics, from Pokémon-EX, Mega Evolution and Spirit Link cards to Pokémon BREAK, and its best-known promos include Charizard-EX, Pikachu-EX, Mew, Ash-Greninja-EX and Shiny Rayquaza-EX.
