Starter Set V

Starter Set V is a Japanese series of five ready-to-play decks opening the Sword & Shield era, themed around the launch of the Pokémon V mechanic and battles based on five types: Grass, Fire, Water, Lightning and Fighting. The combined numbering covers 117 cards, and the set's trademarks are the debuts of Celebi V, Victini V, Keldeo V, Tapu Koko V and Regirock V and a solid package of Trainers, including Professor's Research and Marnie. The series stands out for fixed, tournament-structured deck contents and two holo styles: mirror holo for Pokémon V and vertical line holo for selected other cards.
