ST-23 Red Shanks

ST-23 Red Shanks is a red One Piece Card Game starter deck led by Shanks and based on the Red-Haired Pirates. The play style is the aggressive midrange typical of red: the Leader's ability reduces the power of an opponent's card by 1000 during their attack, which makes favourable trades and removing characters from the field easier. The deck contains solid Red-Haired Pirates cards, including Benn Beckman, and its most sought-after cards are SR Uta (ST23-001) and SR Shanks (ST23-002). An OP-11 booster pack is also included. A good choice for new players and Shanks fans, and an inexpensive base for a stronger deck once you add a few single cards.
