Tag Team GX Starter Sets is a Japanese pair of ready-to-play starter decks exclusive to the Sun & Moon era, built around the TAG TEAM GX mechanic and the duos Espeon & Deoxys-GX and Umbreon & Darkrai-GX. Together they form a numbered mini-set of 31 cards, also including Jirachi-GX, Tapu Lele-GX and Weavile-GX. The series stands out for its emphasis on playable core cards such as Cherish Ball, Mystery Treasure and Night City, and some entries appear as holofoil.
